Terms of use
1. Purpose
KYskan.com lets you create a digital card (link page + QR code), appear in the “Discover” showcase, and, for Premium members, keep a directory and organize events. These terms govern the use of the service; creating an account constitutes acceptance.
2. Registration
- Registration is reserved for people aged 15 or older.
- You provide a valid email address and remain responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- An account may be created for you by an administrator: you then accept these terms when you first log in.
3. Published content
You are responsible for what you publish (name, photos, links, descriptions, events). The following are prohibited in particular: content that is illegal, hateful, violent, pornographic, misleading (phishing, scams), that infringes the rights of others (privacy, image rights, intellectual property) or that impersonates another person.
You guarantee that you hold the rights to the images you upload. You authorize the publisher to display them on the service as needed for its operation.
4. “Discover” showcase
Your card only appears in the showcase if you have chosen so in your profile. You can opt out at any time.
5. Premium, directory and events
- Premium is granted on request, free of charge, at the discretion of the publisher, who may withdraw it.
- The directory is a personal tool: the notes you write in it are private, but must remain respectful and must not contain sensitive data (health, opinions, religion…) about the people saved.
- The organizer of an event is solely responsible for it (running, safety, cancellation). When you register, your name and photo are visible to the organizer and logged-in members.
6. Reporting and moderation
Anyone can report a card. The publisher may hide a card from the showcase, remove manifestly illegal content, and suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. The publisher strives to ensure its availability but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions. It is not responsible for external sites that links published by members point to.
8. End of use
You can delete your account at any time from your profile; your data is then erased (see the privacy policy). An account inactive for 3 years is deleted after notice by email.

10. Changes and governing law
